When it comes to a service business, your people are your brand. We helped Two Maids by creating content that recruits PHCs (Professional House Cleaners) that match the culture of the company. Sifting through their research, we summarized the driving factors of what makes up a superstar PHC. Those qualities included independence, community, pride and compassion. We created DIY ad kits so franchise owners could run ads that attract PHCs with those qualities and reflect the graphic standards of the brand. For teammates already on the team, we publish a monthly newsletter that offers prizes and praise to Two Maids teammates that live the culture of the brand.
