We helped Keysys recalibrate their Culture Brand

When Keysys came to us, they had just gone through a wave of the Great Resignation. We started with a Brand Therapy and concluded that their recruiting message was not in alignment with the dynamic, fast-paced, stimulating employment experience Keysys offered. We adjusted the messaging on their careers webpage to create a more accurate expectation of what it's like to work at Keysys. Seven months and seven hires later, they have a solid staff that's in aligment with the mission and culture of the company.
